Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines our straightforward return process for unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements:

- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Note: Customized items only eligible if defective/damaged upon arrival

Return Process:

1. Email support@fanstore.com with order number and reason
2. Receive return authorization and instructions
3. Securely repack item with all components
4. Ship using provided guidelines

Shipping Responsibility:

■ We cover costs: Defective, damaged, or incorrect items
■ Customer covers costs: Change of mind, size/color swaps, etc.

Refund Processing:

- Refunds issued within 5-7 business days after inspection
- Credited to original payment method
- Bank processing times may cause additional delays

Exchange Policy:

We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange:
1. Return original item for refund
2. Place new order for preferred item

Damaged/Incorrect Items:

Contact us immediately at support@huaxingfans.com for replacement or full refund (including shipping costs).

Order Cancellations:

- Available before processing/shipment
- Shipped orders must follow return procedure
